Responsible for enhancing the digital experience of the Robert Half employee population, striving to exceed employee expectations and drive greater satisfaction, retention, and growth using our technologies and platforms. Responsible for collaborating with business stakeholders to define and implement the ideal end-user digital experience of our employees and leaders in HR and Learning. Assist in the development of outcome-based plans across multiple product and stakeholder teams to deliver on shared objectives, goals, and ROI. Consult and make actionable recommendations to key business groups on strategic “voice of the customer” topics to develop a world class user experience and advance Robert Half’s organizational philosophies and vision.Digital Adoption Execution:· Leverage critical digital adoption tools, such as WalkMe to consult with stakeholders and business partners on how best to leverage these tools to drive results.· Deliver programs aimed at building a world class user experience program by applying standards, guidelines, best practices, processes.Relationship Management:· Work with subject matter experts (SMEs) to develop and implement global, enterprise-wide programs. · Partner with stakeholders, business leads, and HR Technology leadership team to implement operational / technical (business transformation) change.Program/Project Management:· Participates in major program and project deliverables and deadlines; effectively manages key stakeholder activities.· Collaborate with HR and L&D teams in program communication and logistics to ensure a seamless program experience.Program Analysis:· Responsible for business case development, inclusive of project timelines to assess Return on Investment and alignment to the improvement of digital adoption, HR and learning efforts.· Engage 3rd party vendors to source potential partnerships and technology to support HR and learning initiatives.
