Andrew leads his teams will drive and enthusiasm, always maintaining an affinity with the client’s organization and project team, resulting in the delivery of a successful project from the viewpoint of these key participants.The exposure gained in working internationally has given Andrew an understanding of the importance of clear concise communication and the ability to follow this communication through with equally clear leadership.Having experience of many forms and types of projects in terms of scale and value, Andrew has worked with various project processes; this knowledge enables him to manage the project through strategic gateways whilst maintaining timely decisions required upstream and instruction communicated downstream. Having developed a wide range of knowledge gained in both project management andconstruction contracting in the UK, Europe and Asia Andrew has developed a reputation forthe successful implementation of challenging projects.
