Main Responsibilities• Commercial Lead – Act as commercial lead across assigned contracts, assessing current activities and future opportunities to maximise financial return whilst minimising risk.• Risk Management – ensure commercial risk is assessed, understood and has appropriate mitigation plans in place in compliance with the Sodexo risk management framework• Contract Management – responsible for the commercial lifecycle of contracts including agreement of the best terms for Sodexo and management of contract changes to facilitate organic growth• Contract Management Service – support the identification of best practice contract management to enable the implementation of a consistent service that focuses on maximising opportunities and minimising risk.• Key Relationships – Focus on development of strong internal and external relationships. Working closely with Operations / Account Directors, Financial Controllers and Legal internally as well as building appropriate relationships with client commercial staff, to deliver effective outcomes.• Governance – Ensure commercial compliance with all Sodexo governance requirements including UKIC, REF, Insurance, Legal etc reviews• Contract Change Management – Implement process and procedures to capture contract changes and ensure all billable activities are appropriately negotiated with the relevant client. Support pricing of changes where appropriate.• Risk Management – Identify and appropriately address commercial risk across assigned contracts.• Contract Queries – Act as first point of contact for queries relating to relevant contracts and provide effective guidance in response• Contract Compliance – Facilitate contract compliance through ensuring all relevant colleagues have appropriate training / guidance on contract requirements.
