As superintendent, my responsibilites include day-to day supervision and coordination of work performed by subcontractors, management and maintenance of project schedule, ensuring safety compliance with both company and OSHA safety policies, quality control including conformance with approved submittals as well as overall quality of craftsmanship, development of site staging and logistical plans for deliveries of project materials, jobsite record keeping including safety training and compliance with company and OSHA safety policies, maintain on-site records of project inspections performed by the Authorities Having Jurisdiction. I work closely with owners and/or owner representatives as well as architects, engineers and other consultants to ensure conformance to contract documents and design criteria.
