ABOUT ANDREW TRECHSEL

As a Consultant in Korn Ferry\'s Organization Strategy practice, I work across industries to support clients in top team performance, organization design & analytics, work & career architecture, people strategy & performance, and culture & change. I believe that people drive transformation, and that organizations must provide the right structure, processes, and culture for their employees to thrive.I possesses immense experience supporting clients during times of ambiguity. Seen as a trusted advisor, I can efficiently and effectively assess an organization through multiple channels, in order to recommend and implement appropriate interventions. With experience supporting start-ups to multibillion dollar companies, I understand that each organization is different, and can articulate the value proposition of interventions as appropriate. With an extensive career in consulting, I am agile and adaptable, and can effectively balance competing priorities and timelines. Prior to joining Korn Ferry, I spent over seven years with WittKieffer, an international executive search firm, supporting healthcare and not-for-profit organizations with their most crucial talent needs. Seen as an influencer within the firm, I led several internal initiatives and change efforts, and provided mentorship and coaching to new hires and others. My success in working with clients and candidates, in addition to practicing the company\'s values, culminated in receiving the 2019 WittKieffer Quality Award.I hold an M.A. in Organizational Psychology from Alliant International University, and a B.S. in Economics from the College of Charleston. I am a member of the Society of Industrial and Organizational Psychology.
