Overall my role at Captiva is to manage the Sales and Marketing department from land acquisition at a pre-development stage, ensuring the right saleable and profitable mix and site layout, to facilitating a pricing strategy that maximises the company\'s profitability once a development is live. Right through to nurturing the customer journey through to completion One of the most enjoyable parts of my role is the part I am able to play within the general running of the business itself as a Company Director, actively promoting best practices and seeking to influence positive company culture.
