Responsible for new services to the group that add value and enhance the proposition of select plant hire in the marketplace. These consist of but are not limited to developing the telematics proposition, new product launches and developing unique lifting apps to increase safety efficiency and productivity on site. My role is wide ranging and has the main aim to develop and increase business through innovation of key market differentiators to ensure Select is the first choice for plant hire requirements
