Provide immediate and short term technical support to front line customer service personnel on all ATA 25 & 38 issues, including aircraft external paint. Ensure that the operational, maintainability and regulatory impacts of technical issues regarding the Western Hemisphere Dassault Falcon Jet fleet are represented in the corporate product support process. Serve on a cross functional engineering team to support and develop solutions to technical issues. Validate Service Bulletins and maintenance procedures with Western Hemisphere operators and/or service facilities on behalf of Dassault Aviation/Dassault Falcon Jet. Subject Matter Expert (SME) on all external paint and corrosion issues for Dassault Falcon Jet aircraft in the Western Hemisphere. Coordinate closely with Dassault Falcon Jet structures group and Dassault Aviation design groups to resolve paint and corrosion issues with operational aircraft.Act as Dassault Falcon Jet representative on industry Aircraft Paint Forum. Forum is made up of members from OEM\'s (Gulfstream, Bombardier, Cessna), MRO\'s (Duncan Aviation, Standard Aero) and paint manufacturers. Forum meets twice a year to discuss technical issues unique to aircraft paint. • Coordinate, process and order completion and in-service APM (Aircraft Personality Module for Honeywell EPIC system) through Honeywell for all Dassault EASy equipped aircraft. Function as local Subject Matter Expert (SME) on APM’s and trouble shoot relevant issues.
