Served as the R&D Engineer for the product transfer of all Urinary Catheters between facilities, ultimately providing an expected multi-million-dollar cost savings per year. Wrote and implemented testing protocols to create specifications between the two sites in accordance with ISO and ASTM standards. Created engineering drawings and technical documents related to the transfer. Worked with departments to ensure biocompatibility, Stability, EHS, clinical evaluation, and sterilization of the product. Additionally, served as the project manager and team lead to produce a new formulation for a urethral catheter coating. Created testing protocols to evaluate the new coating formulation. Worked with facilities to requalify the current R&D manufacturing facility to produce the new coating formulation.\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
