25 years in medical devices, fulfilling various roles in Operations and Quality. I\'ve been supporting Quality functions as Master Black Belt and Program Manager for over 12 years, deploying Lean Sigma process improvement and implementation of Continuous Process Improvement elements to support functions including Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs, Clinical Affairs, Facilities Operations, Complaint Handling, Audit and Compliance, Configuration Management and Product Life Cycle Management (PLM).
