We live in a time dubbed as \"The Great Resignation\". Employer trust is at an all time low and as a result we have witnessed employees all around the U.S resigning in mass numbers. The pandemic has brought about a paradigm shift in how employees perceive work. It\'s not just the paycheck they want to work for anymore. They want to work at a place where they feel like they belong, an environment that cares for their needs, a sense of purpose that gives their work meaning and a culture they feel proud to call their home.As a result, companies who align themselves with these values and sentiments will give their employees and future hires a strong reason to join them on their mission and stay put for a long time.
