ABOUT ANDREW STRINGFELLOW

If leadership is service, and I believe it is, then I serve the servants. As a coach, facilitator, writer and speaker I work with individuals and teams providing space for them to think about what kind of culture they have; what kind of culture they want and how to build it. I have worked for the last 20 years in deprived inner-city communities and wealthy corporate environments and believe the building blocks for human flourishing are the same regardless of the resources available. I live with my family in Leicestershire and Finland. I previously lived in inner-city Manchester working as a priest for 15 years where I developed projects aimed at social cohesion and mobility and spent significant time negotiating and mediating between gang members, organised crime, police and other authorities.\"From my first contact with Andrew I had a sense that his background and experience could add value to me and my work. That sense has been confirmed. As a coach he stands out from the crowd and I have no hesitation recommending him to others.\" Jason Stockwood“I have been working with Andrew over the past twelve months during a significant role change personally and large scale changes across the company. Coaching sessions with Andrew are considered, challenging and ensure items are addressed at a deeper level. I have found his coaching style unique and his insights hugely valuable. I would highly recommend Andrew. He is very professional and focussed on holistic outcomes and results.” Joanna Macleod, Chief Transformation Officer“Andrew brings a perceptive take on what’s going on with people. His ability to see through the city veneer and look at the realities is unusual and helpful. A quality of listening and words of both comfort and provocation mean he gets results. He can help people get to where they belong.” Brendan McCafferty, Chair NESTSpecialising in: • The whole person (Gestalt)• Making Choices/Decisions, Managing Change and Transition• Meditation and Wellbeing• Resilience• Endings, Loss and GriefWorking with- Leaders in Financial Services, Tech, Education, Media and Retail- Cambridge, Judge Business School EMBA Programme
