After 12+ years at Guru, being involved in several roles revolving around animation, I earned a unique position here. I\'m currently Animation Director for the whole studio so I\'m involved in all projects with respect to animation. Most importantly I serve as a mentor for all the animators at Guru, I do everything I can to ensure they are growing as artists and maintaining a healthy work-life balance. I\'m involved in recruiting animators for our awesome productions as well as doing some animation work myself to help obtain new projects here. My specialty is teaching animation workflow so it\'s wonderful that I\'m in a position to do that regularly. I\'ve got proven, effective systems of creating animation performance that I\'m always delighted to bestow upon those who wish to get better at animating on series.

As a kid I\'d wake up at 5am to watch cartoons and be inspired to use my imagination. It\'s very much the same today, waking up bright and early, ready to create and inspire the next generations. I specialize in animation workflow, known for distilling the animation process into a formula I call K.A.B.O.O.M.S.In my role as Animation Director for all of Guru Studio I proudly represent our talented animators and serve as a mentor for them, guiding toward higher levels of animation performance while encouraging a healthy work-life balance. I\'m involved in recruiting, training new talent and I also animate on projects in house. I just try to be a difference maker on any production I\'m on and make great animation efficiently.
