ABOUT ANDREW STOLL

After spending much of my childhood building ramps and tree forts, I knew the only option was to continue building into my professional career. I quickly found a passion and love for welding, which I took and ran with, hoping to further my childhood passion. I am now 16 years into the welding business, and I still get excited every day to show up and to get the job done. My job and role has changed from being a code welder to working in QA, and now sales, but I always have that excitement I had when I was a kid. I have found that my passion and constant exploration for new knowledge has made me realize that it is not my own personal accomplishments that mean the most, but the accomplishments of those around me. I am a people person who loves to talk about what I do and have been given the opportunity to do so on a daily basis through sales and QA work. I have always said, “It doesn’t matter what you do, as long as you are passionate.” Through my career, I have learned that people love to listen to passionate people. I invite anyone into my life who would like to tell me about what makes him or her different, and hear their story about what drives them.
