As an experienced civil engineer with over 20 years of design and project management expertise, I currently serve as a Partner and Branch Manager of Bohler\'s Towson office in Maryland. Throughout my 18 plus year tenure at Bohler, I have become recognized as Towson\'s go-to industrial expert, playing a crucial role in expanding the firm\'s presence in Baltimore County and Baltimore City. My project involvement spans the entire development process, from concept design to construction. My proficiency lies in preparing civil engineering drawings and specifications for site layout, roadway design, industrial park design, utility design, stormwater management, grading, drainage, and sanitary sewer design. My portfolio includes managing programs for renowned retail leaders like Chick-fil-A and Wawa. Additionally, I have contributed to various ground-up and redevelopment projects in the industrial, mixed-use, residential, higher education, and retail sectors across Maryland.
