Specializing in all matters relating to alcohol, BAC calculation, Drink Drive Procedures (MG DD forms and CCTV of procedures), Evidential Breath Testing, Blood and Urine Alcohol Testing, Drug Interactions, Levels of Intoxication, CDT levels etc. In addition, Forensic Document Examination and Microscopical Examinations. Regularly carry out test into individual\'s alcohol elimination rates and general alcohol physiology using our in house Evidential Breath Testing Instruments.Regularly attend Magistrates, Crown, Civil and Family Courts across the UK, and have been warned to attend Court in various Crown Dependances (but always so far been agreed). Given evidence in Court Martials and prepared reports into Health and Safety matters were alcohol has played as part including giving evidence to the Marchioness Enquiry on alcohol matters. I have also prepared reports for Industrial Tribunals and worked with companies to help individuals with alcohol related problems. I have been involved in a number of very high profile cases over the years.Also give CPD lectures to groups/firms of Solicitors and others including Magistrates who deal with alcohol related matters in the Court environment.
