Our firm represents companies and individuals in various business matters and acts as outside \"general counsel\" to numerous businesses in Wisconsin. Our clients range in size from small start up entities to companies with international operations and sales approaching one billion dollars. We regularly draft and review contracts of all types, assist clients in the development and negotiation of transactions, provide guidance on best practices, and frequently draft template agreements for clients to use on a regular basis (e.g. terms and conditions, supply agreements, confidentiality agreements, etc.).Our firm is also heavily concentrated in real estate matters including transactions (purchases, sales and leases), development, managment, and financing.Attorneys Steimle and Birschbach were former partners in one of Wisconsin\'s largest and most prestigious law firms. We have the training and experience of large law firms, but at substantially lower rates.
