Safety Instrumented System (SIS) preliminary and detailed design for large capital projects and MOCs globally- Leader of the Safety Interlock Competency Team. Development of Corporate and TN SIS Standards and Guidances- SME leader of Detailed Interlock Execution Team (DIET), a multi-year corporate effort to reduce existing high-ranking PHA/LOPA interlock-related action items risk via a cross-functional team. Lead corporate aeShield training and software management- Co-presented ‘Safety Interlock Overview and ChE/EE Collaboration’ in PSMM Tutorials track at 17th GCPS- Lead Safety Interlock training for the TNO site to new hires, practitioners, project managers, operations personnel, etc. Also provide mentoring and ad-hoc training to newer personnel on the Safety Interlock Team- Company expert on Process Safety Time (PST) calculations, including complex modeling utilizing Superchems. Completed all evaluations for the Kingsport Methanolysis plant- One of the company experts in Fault Tree Analyses and a proficient in Reliability Workbench - Fault Tree Plus Software.
