I am Safety & Security Manager for Stadium MK and MK Dons FC. This position includes match-day safety management, all of the pre-event planning and liaison with other stakeholders, agencies and departments with the aim of delivering safe and secure events at the Stadium, Arena & Hotel, as well as being the Health & Safety manager. My role also brings in responsibility for security of the wider group of companies and other businesses in the vicinity of the stadium. My team varies in size from 4-5 staff on non-event days to several hundred for larger events, which makes recruiting and managing staff a positive and dynamic challenge. I work closely with other parts of the connected business and suppliers to achieve the best and safest outcomes for all.
