An accomplished operations professional with extensive experience at Regional Manager level, well used to fast moving, cost and quality conscious environments. Passionate about the development and upskilling of people within my teams, which has resulted in being able to demonstrate considerable success at defining and exceeding both customer and company expectations. One of my key strengths is the building and developing of customer relationships which has enabled both contract retention and expansion.
