Implementation of the EMEA outsourcing policy in Invesco UK and coordinate with other functions such as Legal and Compliance to regularly review the policy and keep it up to date- Establish and maintain a register for all UK outsourced functions, including SLAs and contracts and ensure regular risk assessments of delegates are conducted- Establish and maintain an ongoing due diligence plan for the oversight of UK internal delegates including, annual due diligence, risk assessments, and also leveraging the monitoring activities conducted by group Compliance, Internal Audit functions and wider EMEA Oversight function- Contribute to the wider EMEA Delegation Oversight management team, in developing common oversight strategies and procedures, working together as an effective team and promoting best practice- Develop and provide KPI / Management Reporting, to Senior Management and Board of Directors as appropriate, highlighting risks or gaps identified- Work closely with the Compliance, Internal Audit & Legal function to ensure compliance with UK regulatory requirements and stay up to date with relevant regulatory developments and industry approach to delegation oversight- As part of the EMEA Delegation Oversight function, contribute to the advancement of a best practice framework for the oversight of delegates and implement and manage the framework for Invesco UK entities. Promote a culture and awareness of outsourcing oversight across Invesco UK.
