I am a policy analyst with expertise in American health policy. Specifically, I have experience in Medicaid, state-level health reform, federal demonstration programs, and health system transformation. I also have a particular interest in the dually eligible population, and bring knowledge in providing individualized techincal assistance to both federal agencies and state Medicaid departments.
