Projects include- Refreshed $1M philanthropic sector strengthening strategy and co-leading implementation- Developed Artificial Intelligence strategy and leading internal implementation task force- Stewarding development of impact investing strategy with 10%($30M) of endowment- Evaluated impact and streamlined grantmaking for $3.5M experiential learning initiative- Evaluated impact and assessed strategy for $2.5M grade-level reading initiative- Designed and led retreat for 55 staff and consultants- Designed and delivered two master’s level courses on philanthropy, in partnership with CEO- Refreshing capacity building strategy, after impact assessment of a $500k sustainability initiative- Loaned consultant to Bishop-Parker Foundation, a $200M family foundation: supported the CEO and Board with a comprehensive strategy refresh and management of two $5M grant cycles per year- Loaned consultant to William G. and Marie Selby Foundation, a $75M private foundation: managed $500k in Hurricane Milton response grants, developed and helped launch their technology grants strategy, and supported with operationalizing trust-based philanthropy- Co-founding Philanthropic Action Lab, an initiative which unites nonprofits and funders to co-create philanthropic processes, structures, and partnerships that unlock philanthropy’s potential.
