About Andrew Southard
I’m currently an Associate in Development at Olhdam Goodwin as well as a recent graduate from the Land and Property Development Masters Program at Texas A&M. During my time at Texas A&M I gained experience through externships, internships, and a full-time position at Oldham Goodwin. At Oldham Goodwin I currently coordinate all of our residential sales transactions as well as manage all eighteen of our home builders and their architectural submissions, lot purchases, and variance requests. Along with coordinating the development of future phases in our residential development I also aid in the oversight of contractors in the remodeling and restoration of commercial properties.
