LiveWell Health is a concierge based health and wellness company aimed at providing the tools necessary to age successfully. LiveWell was founded on the idea of healthcare being reaction based. We work with individuals and families who are want to keep the health in their own hands. The majority of our clientele are looking to age independently, or are living with a chronic condition often associated with aging that is mitigated with exercise. Our team is experienced in those with Alzheimer\'s disease, Parkinson\'s disease, various dementias, as well as other chronic conditions.
