I am a driven individual who thrives on challenges that face me as well as being fully committed to what I am asked to do.Below are some pointers on the previous position I was employed in.I dealt with Airline customers on a day to day basis to ensure a smooth running operation at Bristol Airport.Ensuring all customers were dealt with in a professional manner and ensuring the work we carried out was of the highest standard.Overseeing the budget and making sure we as a business exceeded the current budget by meeting all expectations by customers as well as seeking new business.Ensuring all deadlines were met.I managed a team of 45 staff members.Met with customers on a day to day basis to ensure they are always satisfied with my team and their work.Complete Quality Control.Health and Safety.Payroll.Auditing process.Stock Control.Airline Secure trained.CTC cleared.Able to work under extreme pressure.Also worked at Cardiff, Gatwick, Glasgow and Birmingham.Never give less than 110%I was given the task of turning a station around to which was achieved through enthusiasm and correct attitude, being able to get the team on my side to work with me rather than against me. I am now in the Security industry and hold a valid SIA licence.
