Responsible for the National development and facilitation client strategy operations for our Account Management team. The Director, Client Strategy Operations is responsible for overall execution of departmental initiatives aligned to core department goals of 1) client retention, 2) strategic account growth and 3) renewal of existing client business. My role has primary responsibility for identifying process enhancements and ensuring a monthly cadence for the reporting of retention/renewal dashboard activity. Another key responsibility is the timely implementation of initiatives that are critical to the skill enhancement of the Account Management teams to drive improvement of overall client services, account manager effectiveness and client satisfaction.
