Joined the Company post Migration to introduce new frameworks around Major, Minor and Digital Releases. Ensuring clear Policy and Processes were in place for Release Stakeholders to work to.• Ensured Stage Gates were met and evidences of successful Scope Definition, SIT, UAT and Regression testing were published. Engaged with all Release stakeholder’s IT and Business throughout the process.• Involved in Pre-Release Schedule of Events and Post Release Implementation reviews. • Supported the CAB in producing a Management report that is used as a guide through each Release to provide assurance, along side the Release Managers presentation to CAB. • Worked on a major programme “Putting Things Right” to ensure technology production deliveries were on track as per Release process and advised on CAB preparation. This meant engaging with business project stakeholders in their “upstream” activities in an advisory and support position right through to CAB.
