ABOUT ANDREW SMITH
I am one of two senior partners at fabrik and lead the Alton design studio.I lead the Living sector across the practice drawing on 26 years of industry experience. My main interests lie in landscape planning and residential development, including the masterplanning of urban extensions and regeneration schemes and, when required by clients, as a successful expert witness at public inquiry. My approach is always focused, analytical and underpinned by an acute business sense. I am enthusiastic and ambitious, with a ready-to-go attitude permanently in place.
