Support the development and execution of multiple business plans for the following national practices: Divisional Wealth, Corporate Trust & Escrow Services, Institutional Investments, Center for Family Legacy, Strategic Client Group, Wealth Advisory Support, Sports and Entertainment, Legal & Medical Specialty, International, Wealth Lending, Deposit and Card Strategy in addition to broader Truist Wealth. Partner with leaders to establish short term (1 year) and long term (3 year) strategies to meet and exceed Truist financial goals and grow each business in existing and new markets- Active management of financial pipelines with gap-to-goal-analysis across multiple national LOBs- Conduct business unit and individual advisor performance analysis, providing insight to a national team of advisors and executive leadership across multiple national LOBs- Identify and implement product and solution enhancements to grow Sports and Entertainment, Legal Specialty, Medical Specialty, Wealth Lending and Deposit and Card Strategy- Conduct business process analyses, needs assessments, and preliminary cost/benefit analyses, including independently managing projects with a financial cost impact up to $1M, to align solutions with business initiatives- Act as a liaison between functional business partners, LOB advisors and executive leadership- Consult with business leaders on the development of policies, processes, and practices in such areas as personnel, business performance, and organizational design- Identify and implement whitespace initiatives for new revenue streams while seeking opportunities for efficiencies that result in cost savings across multiple national LOBs
