Zoox is creating autonomous mobility from the ground up: fully autonomous driving, purpose built vehicle, on-demand mobility. The program management organization (PMO) is responsible for driving cross-functional execution at the highest level. We partner with leaders from across the business in vehicle development, system design, software engineering, manufacturing, and operations to develop and deliver on an integrated plan that encompasses all teams. I manage a team of program managers with a focus on requirements, planning, and development. The team owns definition and alignment of the Zoox corporate roadmap; leads the planning, scoping, and execution of major company milestones; creates progress reports and narrative content for executive program reviews, company all-hands presentations, and board meetings. In parallel, we lead initiatives to improve workflow, processes, communication, and collaboration between teams. These initiatives enhance the predictability of execution and empower our partners to be successful in their roles. The Zoox Reveal linked below is an example of a major company milestone we achieved in 2020 - I was the milestone owner for this program.
