Provide 2nd and 3rd line support through a service desk framework. • Administration and management of all domain services including network user accounts and mailbox management. • Administration and management of the corporate imaging services (currently Altiris). • Prepare and administer Windows Desktop platform and image deployment across all group locations. • Technical fault analysis and troubleshooting of all hosted business systems. • Manage and maintain local and remote site services. • Administer Windows Servers platform on premise and in the cloud (Azure) including Active Directory management, network services administration and access security. • Administer virtual server platforms (currently VMWare) to deploy new and manage and maintain existing guest operating systems and appliances. • Work with IT Services team in the delivery of infrastructure projects. • Providing technical support to a wide range of users – internal and external to the local site; • Assemble / install workstation and server hardware. • Install and configure workstation software. • Supporting desktop applications.
