Andrew has 15+ years of experience as a financial professional with a background in M&A, investment banking, and trading. Andrew joined PSC Group in late 2024 as Director of Corporate Development where he led a major acquisition that doubled the company\'s railcar repair business. Prior to that, he was in a similar role with Ascend Performance Materials, a global manufacturer of specialty chemicals and engineered materials. In 2018, Andrew earned his MBA from Rice University and went on to become a partner at Exit Advisors, LLC, a boutique M&A advisory group focused on the lower middle market. Andrew has hands-on experience leading and negotiating M&A transactions, managing commercial operations, overseeing business development efforts, and implementing growth and operational strategies. He has also worked intimately with investors and entrepreneurs on venture-based investments across several verticals, including technology, energy, manufacturing, and life sciences.Prior to this, Andrew spent several years in trading with focus on credit and interest rate derivatives as well as commodity markets.
