I have spent my entire career over the past 13 years in Supply Chain, Strategic Planning and Process Improvement. As a Senior Manager at Protiviti in business performance improvement, I specialized in supply chain optimization, manufacturing process design, and operational alignment. My expertise lies in leading cross-functional teams to develop scalable business processes, ensuring seamless operational efficiency. By managing deliverables such as process maps, functional requirements, and training materials, I have empowered organizations to align sourcing, procurement, planning, manufacturing and warehousing functions effectively. Throughout my career, I have demonstrated a commitment to delivering measurable results by collaborating with diverse teams and leveraging advanced tools to streamline inventory and warehouse operations. My ability to bridge the gap between operational challenges and executive decision-making has been a cornerstone of my career. I am driven by a passion for solving complex problems, fostering teamwork, and creating strategies that enable sustainable growth and value for organizations.My passion for helping others and the world extends beyond my daily responsibilities. I led the Protiviti Denver office Sustainability program as well as our Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives, helping create a safe and inclusive workplace.
