I navigate home buyers through the thicket of purchasing details to the final destination, a place for them to call home, where they will make memories and experience the defining moments of their lives.I know that sellers make their decisions hoping for the best while fearing the worst. Home may be where the heart is, but it is also where many have committed much of their money. In honoring their trust, I strive to be the “house whisperer” who makes it look easy with a plan that is solid, with every possibility considered and attended to–at every step. I am an optimist, but I rely on my persistence, tenacity and resources to produce the highest value in the shortest time.With Coldwell Banker I have access to strength, depth, and an unparalleled team who are committed to producing optimum transactions. I earned my B.S. degree from the University of Oregon. My real estate knowledge includes completing numerous courses through UCLA Extension to bring my clients contemporary real estate knowledge. My wife Laurie and I live in Brentwood with our two children who are welcome visitors to their grandparents’ homes in Cheviot Hills and Pacific Palisades.
