Co-Chair of Baker McKenzie\'s North America International Arbitration Practice.I represent clients in international disputes, such as in arbitration (commercial disputes before institutional (ICC, ICDR, LCIA) or ad hoc tribunals) or investment and treaty disputes, before ICSID tribunals) and litigation before state and federal courts (including contested matters arising in the restructuring and insolvency context, proceedings to enforce international arbitral awards, or applications for discovery in aide of foreign proceedings under 28 U.S.C. sec.
