At my core, I\'m a collaborator. Whether it\'s building and supporting teams, or working across business lines and leadership levels, I find my joy and passion in being a cheerleader of people. I\'ve led from the front, championed from the sidelines, and through it all help teams unlock their potential and reach success. I\'m a regulatory affairs professional with 17 years of experience in Canada\'s energy sector (oil, natural gas, and electricity), in both private industry and government. Over this time I\'ve built up my skillset to include energy procurement, regulation development and legislative implementation, building relationships with government departments and regulators (national and international), and leading in implementing Canada\'s Open Government policy, federal access to information and privacy laws, and major energy projects oversight. I also embrace change and challenge equally, having had a diverse range of experiences, including starting my post-university work life in a military camp in Kabul, Afghanistan, providing logistics support of Canada\'s NATO mission in the early to In my down time, I\'m at home dreaming with my family about our next travel adventure, playing recreational hockey, reading a great book, discovering new music or enjoying a movie night at home.
