   Developed interagency agreements and supplemental documents supporting those agreements, between NRCS and other federal agencies, including the Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA), and the Bureau of Reclamation (BOR);• Completed a four-month rotation in the office of the NRCS Urban Agriculture Coordinator, by contributing research and developing national policy and interagency agreements for NRCS on urban agriculture;• Coordinated and organized the administrative record for a pilot watershed project in New York providing agricultural water management to urban farms and community gardens in New York City, creating a record for future watershed projects in urban areas;• Developed policy documents used by NRCS staff to manage the watershed programs, as well as documents supporting the use of watershed funds to implement other federal programs;• Maintained Watershed Program files and information through organization of the Watershed Programs Branch SharePoint site;• Coordinated the sweeping of unobligated program funds from the states at the beginning of Fiscal Year 2025;• Produced materials on NRCS watershed programs used by NRCS leadership in policy conferences, congressional briefings, and audits from both the Office of Inspector General (OIG) and the U.S. Government Accountability Office (GAO);• Developed official NRCS policy on the watershed programs, including new editions of program manuals, handbooks, and guidelines.
