ABOUT ANDREW RUSSELL

Director of Russells, the North West property and construction group comprising Russell WBHO, Russell Homes, Russell Homes, and HPARK. Andrew jointly formed Russells Construction in 1997 and has grown the company to one of the most recognised and well respected in the North West. In 2018 the company joined forces with global contractor WBHO Ltd, and the business rebranded as Russell WBHO. In 2004 Andrew jointly launched residential housebuilder Russell Homes and in 2022 Russell LDP, a new land, property and development division spearheading strategic development across the region. Russells is the developer bringing forward the 15-year economic regeneration programme known as the South Heywood Masterplan, providing up to new homes, 1.5m sq ft employment space, major transport infrastructure improvements, a new local centre and community facilities. A key part of that scheme is the shovel-ready HPARK development, a 120-acre industrial and logistics scheme just off Junction 19 of the M62 which has planning for 1.5m sq ft B8/B12 use. Leading from the front over the last 25 years, Andrew is most proud of creating and nurturing a team of people who are motivated and fully committed to the company and its customers, and he firmly believes Russells has \"the best team in the business”.Andrew is also Managing Director of Russells Homes and is challenged with developing the company’s brand and growth. In 2007 the team brought the company into profit and the company now has several exciting, large and profitable sites throughout the region.
