ABOUT ANDREW RUDDY
Although my experiences in the workplace lie mainly within oil and gas services, my professional and practical skills extend beyond the energy industry. My first employer said,\"I appreciate an engineer who knows how to turn a wrench.\" Not only do I have hands on experience in robotics, mechanical design, and continuous improvement, I also have industry experience in engineering management, operations management, and software development. Most recently, as the Manufacturing Engineering Manager, I have been overseeing the plant CAPEX budget and managing the manufacturing engineering, business systems, continuous improvement, and maintenance teams. Additionally I have been providing guidance and strategy to the machine shop which has given me exposure to operations management to supplement my engineering support experience.
