I have over 8 years’ experience advising Public and Private Sector clients on large scale infrastructure investments in a number of sectors including Transport, Health, Education, Waste, Housing and Justice. My primary focus in the last 5 years has been the development of Business Cases and the Procurement of new Hospitals in the NHS and the development of complex transport schemes linked to devolution in the UK. My primary role is to lead on the development of the financial and commercial structures of the projects with work including business case development, financial modelling, commercial advice and negotiation to enable my clients to make informed decisions and then helping them to secure financing to fund these schemes, and achieve their strategic objectives.
