ABOUT ANDREW ROSENBERG

As a seasoned leader in veterinary medicine and operations, I bring a unique blend of clinical expertise, business acumen, and strategic vision to the veterinary and animal health industries. I currently serve as Director of Medical Operations for Animal Dermatology Group (ADG), the largest private practice veterinary dermatology network in the world. In this role, I focus on scaling clinical excellence while driving operational efficiency, integrating technology to streamline practice workflows, and supporting ADG’s continued national and international growth.Prior to joining ADG through acquisition, I was the founder and owner of a successful multi-location veterinary dermatology practice, which I built from the ground up. That entrepreneurial experience sharpened my skills in practice management, team development, financial oversight, and multi-site growth strategy — providing firsthand insight into the challenges and opportunities across the veterinary care continuum.In parallel, I serve as the President of the American College of Veterinary Dermatology (ACVD), where I work alongside the Board of Directors, spearheading initiatives to modernize the organization’s technological infrastructure, enhance member engagement, and strengthen leadership development within the specialty.My background also includes national and international lecturing and board advisory roles across a diverse portfolio of companies and institutions— including those in pharmaceuticals, nutrition, veterinary technology and alumni networks. This broad industry perspective gives me a deep understanding of market dynamics, innovation pipelines, and emerging trends in veterinary care and consumer health.I bring a proven track record in clinical leadership, operational strategy, and cross-industry collaboration — with a unique perspective at the intersection of animal health, business, and innovation.
