For example, I have achieved multiple trial victories in Federal District Court, victory at the PTAB denying institution of IPR covering rival brand\'s biologic, and won summary judgment of no invalidity and infringement for a blockbuster pharmaceutical. I also enforced an ITC general exclusion order at Customs, before the CIT and at the Federal Circuit. I work closely with inventors and expert witnesses, including experts in polymers, pharmacokinetics, organic chemistry, crystallography, biologics, modified release technology, commercial success, and damages. I have performed patent due diligences varying in scope from single assets to an entire company\'s multi-billion dollar portfolio.I am a registered patent attorney and have advised on patent prosecution strategy for core assets.
