ABOUT ANDREW ROLL

As a Manager at EY-Parthenon, I leverage my expertise in corporate finance to deliver value for clients across various sectors. With over 5 years of experience in infrastructure advisory, I have developed a strong understanding of the complex challenges and opportunities in this field ranging from lead M&A advisory on both the buy and sell side, investment and business case structuring, strategic and commercials advisory across the transport, energy and environment sectors. Previously I worked in corporate tax for 3 years where I gathered a strong understanding of tax structuring and tax accounting. I am a fully qualified Chartered Accountant after obtaining a Graduate Diploma of Chartered Accounting from Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand. I have also completed both a Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Business (Banking and Finance) from Monash University. I am currently pursuing the CFA recognition after successfully completing the CFA Program Level I certification from the CFA Institute. My skills include financial modelling, business relationship management, deals structuring and financial analysis. I am passionate about applying my knowledge and skills to help clients and firms achieve their strategic goals and create long-term value.
