In July 2024, Alight Solutions sold its Global Payroll and Professional Services business to form “Strada”, a global leader in payroll and HR. Strada has around employees around the globe and has been built on over 30 years’ experience merging teams from AON Hewitt, NGA HR and Alight. My roles within Strada have been to support the implementation and stabilisation of technology solutions across the globe.Line manager of 6-8 remote project managers with varying experience from 6 months to 20+ years. Team based in US, Canada, Spain, Poland, and Philippines. Over the last 2 years, I have been overseeing a portfolio of 30+ customers with Program Manager responsibility of 4 major global projects including, Marriott Hotels UK payroll implementation, AbbVie Pharmaceuticals 45 country acquisition, re-platforming program to transition 25 clients from one payroll supplier to another and a Workday Optimisation program for The Hartford Insurance.
