   Controller of UBS\' Intermediate Holding Company (IHC) with $170 billion balance sheet and $12 billion revenue, which includes all US subsidiaries of UBS, covering Wealth Management, Asset Management and Investment Banking as well as Treasury and Support staff functions. Responsible for controlling and financial reporting of the IHC. Challenging, understanding, producing and presenting the financial results to a variety of internal and external stakeholders. Partnering across teams in a large and complex environment to continually improve stakeholder value, build high performing teams and ensure a sound control environment. Led the successful creation and development of financial and management reporting to the IHC Board and US management committee, following the creation of UBS\' IHC in 2016. Led process improvement across multiple teams to reduce the time taken to close the books quarterly and annually to deliver a better client experience and support key strategic objectives of the US CFO.
