As a senior member of the Executive Committee I lead the design and implementation of the RBH strategy alongside the CEO and other Executive Committee members. I am responsible for the financial performance of RBH together with all other corporate finance matters; including being a key liaison with external stakeholders including lawyers, insurers, bankers, auditors, tax specialists. I am also responsible for driving the strategic growth of the business via our Business Development and Corporate Marketing teams supported by our external PR partners. As part of this role I lead our relationships with our partners, including hotel investors, agents/advisors and the major hotel brands. Additionally, I lead the negotiation and signing of all hotel management agreements for the group. Together with the CEO and our Managing Director I also attend and present at all shareholder board meetings to update on strategic and financial performance. Additionally my role includes overseeing our Legal team who control Insurances & Licensing for the group.
