Establish strategic direction for planning, financial management, human capital management, acquisition and logistics, facility and cyber security, and foreign partnerships. • Served as ONI’s senior leadership continuity, navigated multiple leadership changes with 5 different commanding admirals in 5 years.• Secured new funding for foreign material exploitation facility through ongoing partnership and consultation with staff from the Office of Management and Budget; negotiated with Congressional staff to secure funding to demolish collapsing parking garage and implement capital improvements; and secured new funding for critical analytic project to enhance ONI’s modeling and simulation capability.
