Management of over 270+ speaker contracts annually across multiple bureaus by partnering with Legal, Compliance, Marketing and Sales Teams. • Maintaining and Managing our Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) documents to ensure our speaker bureau agencies have the processes/guidelines in place for successful and compliant program execution. • Collaborating closely with our Legal, Compliance, Sales, Marketing Teams and our Speaker Bureau Agencies on a daily basis to ensure compliant speaker program execution for over 1,800 annual programs. • Heavily involved in recent Fall 2021 product launch of LYBALVI (oral schizophrenia and bipolar depression 1 drug) with contracting over 200 speakers and ensuring systems are ready as well as program budgets. • Closely monitoring of speaker program ARISTADA and LYBALVI budgets to ensure maximum budget utilization. • Lead for all speaker program reporting to our Compliance, Marketing and Sales Teams. • Managing and maintaining speaker records in our Field Speaker Directory that is heavily utilized by our field members for speaker programming selection. • Accountable for onboarding/training new hire field members as well as leading the training of our Senior Regional Sales Directors on speaker programs processes and system functionality. • Main point of contact for over 300 field members in our Psychiatry Franchise regarding speaker program execution and assistance with programs requiring attention. • Main point of contact for all speaker program escalations (compliant & speaker expenses) that requires reviewing and decision making. • Implemented both Speaker Program Report enhancements and system enhancements to ensure all stakeholders are met with the highest satisfaction.
