Notably, this has included- advising international businesses navigate the legal landscape in the UK (ranging from working with clients in transactions through to setting up businesses in the UK)- dealing with business critical negotiation and litigation (increasingly involving matters of employment status in the gig economy and union/strike action)- protecting confidential business information through advice and enforcement. My clients include household names in the area of manufacturing, finance and the tech sector.
